Copies of the two parts of the Official Court Notice mailing: "Part I of the Official Court Notice: Overview of the Seventh Amendment to the Nationwide Class Action Settlement Agreement" and "Part II of the Official Court Notice of the Seventh Amendment to the Nationwide Class Action Settlement Agreement" can be downloaded from this website in PDF format. If there is any conflict between these documents and the Settlement Agreement, the terms of the Settlement Agreement will govern.
