ATTENTION: ALL NON-REPRESENTED (PRO SE) CLAIMANTS

To see if your claim is subject to Final Adjudication as of October 31, 2007, you need to login using the login ID and password you have and click on "View Claim Status." You will then see the status of your claim. If your claim is subject to Final Adjudication as of October 31, 2007, there will be a green check-mark beside the word "Adjudicated Claim" and your final result will be listed below the "Adjudicated Claim."

Please take the time to review your claim results and advise the Fund Administrator, in writing, of any issues you have. You will have two weeks to either: (1) request withdrawal from the Interim Distribution because you believe your claim should not be subject to a Final Adjudication by the Fund Administrator; or (2) bring to the Fund Administrator's attention any alleged discrepancy between the actual determination that you previously received from the Fund Administrator and the Final Result as posted, including any discrepancy in the Relative Payment Value, if any. This will not be an opportunity to debate whether the Fund Administrator has correctly determined the claim in the first instance. To the extent that you have concerns in that regard, you should simply request that your claim be withdrawn from the schedule of claims subject to Interim Distribution so that any issues, whatever they are, may be resolved.

If you find any issues with your claim you must communicate your issues, in writing, to Michael T. Bancroft at 1515 Market Street, Suite 1700, Philadelphia, PA 19102 and they must be received no later than December 6, 2007. There will be no extensions of time granted.

This shows the status of your claim as of October 31, 2007. The Fund Administrator also expects to periodically file supplemental applications for authorization to make Interim Distributions of benefits to Class Members whose Category One Claims are finally resolved after the October 31, 2007 cut-off date. Changes, adjustments, and/or additional information processed after October 31, 2007 to resolve any issues and/or update your claim will be reflected in future reports related to the supplemental applications for Interim Distributions.
