ATTENTION: ALL CLASS COUNSELTo access the schedules of claims that are subject to Final Adjudication as of October 31, 2007, you need to login using the login and password you have and click on "Select DDR(s)." You will then be given three choices to view your claims, "Adjudicated," "Not Adjudicated," or "All Claims." The next screen will give you your choice of the four reports described in the letter you received. Please take the time to review your claims and advise the Fund Administrator, in writing, of any issues you have with the status of any claim. You will have two weeks to either: (1) request withdrawal from the Interim Distribution for any specific claim because you believe that the claim should not be subject to a Final Adjudication by the Fund Administrator; or (2) bring to the Fund Administrator's attention any alleged discrepancy between the actual determination that you previously received from the Fund Administrator and the manner in which it is classified in the posted schedules, including alleged discrepancies in RPVs. This will not be an opportunity to debate whether the Fund Administrator has correctly determined the claim in the first instance. To the extent that you have concerns in that regard, you should simply request that the claims at issue be withdrawn from the schedule of claims subject to Interim Distribution so that the issues, whatever they are, may be resolved through the firm by firm communication process. If you find any issues with any claims you must communicate your issues, in writing, to Michael T. Bancroft at 1515 Market Street, Suite 1700, Philadelphia, PA 19102 and they must be received no later than December 6, 2007. There will be no extensions of time granted. These reports represent the status of each claim as of October 31, 2007. The Fund Administrator also expects to periodically file supplemental applications for authorization to make Interim Distributions of benefits to Class Members whose Category One Claims are finally resolved after the October 31, 2007 cut-off date. Changes, adjustments, and/or additional information processed after October 31, 2007 to resolve any issues and/or update a claim will be reflected in future reports related to the supplemental applications for Interim Distributions.
